Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MyUrbanLimos, we value your time and strive to provide a premium, stress-free travel experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our chauffeurs, while maintaining the high level of service you expect.

1. Cancellation Notice

To avoid any cancellation fees, please notify us within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Sedans, SUVs, Vans & Limousines: Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.

     

  • Weekends & Holidays: Cancel at least 7 days before service.

     

  • Weddings, Proms & Special Events: Cancel at least 10 days in advance.

     

  • Bus & Large Group Bookings: Cancel at least 14 days in advance.

     

  • Airport Transfers: Cancel at least 48 hours before pick-up time.

     

Cancellations made after the above timeframes will result in full charges for the reserved service.

2. How to Cancel

  • All cancellations must be made via phone or email.

  • We are not responsible for undelivered or blocked emails. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, please call us directly.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up without prior notice, you will be charged the full booking amount.

  • For airport pickups, if you do not contact us and the chauffeur waits more than 35 minutes for international flights or 20 minutes for domestic flights, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframes and processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

In cases of weather delays or flight changes notified less than 48 hours before service, the amount may be credited to your account for future bookings (subject to management approval).

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Airport Services: Provide correct flight details for accurate tracking. Any changes must be communicated at least 4 hours before pick-up.

  • Hourly / Point-to-Point Services: Any change in time or date must be made at least 6 hours before scheduled service.

  • Special Events: Changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

6. Waiting Time

  • Chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up.

  • Complimentary waiting time: 20 minutes for domestic flights, 35 minutes for international flights, and 20 minutes for private FBOs.

Additional waiting time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

7. Special Event Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (minimum 1 hour per vehicle) is required at booking.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours for hourly services is subject to a 2-hour minimum charge.

8. Conduct & Damage

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers:

  • Smoking, eating, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Customers are responsible for any damages caused during the rental period. Additional cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or other incidents.

9. Emergency Situations & Force Majeure

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
MyUrbanLimos is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
