Booking & Payments

To maintain service quality and availability, we require advance bookings through our website, email, or customer support.

  • All bookings must be confirmed before service is provided.

  • Payment must be made in full or as a deposit, depending on the service type.

  • We offer flat-rate pricing for transparency, unless otherwise noted during booking.

  • Taxes, tolls, and gratuities may be added based on local requirements.

We reserve the right to decline bookings that are incomplete, inaccurate, or suspected to be fraudulent.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and drivers.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may be partially refunded or non-refundable, depending on timing and circumstances.

  • No-show passengers are not eligible for a refund.

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.

Our goal is to provide you with a smooth, comfortable, and timely ride. However, some conditions are beyond our control.

  • We monitor traffic and flight delays but cannot guarantee arrival times under all conditions.

  • Clients must be present at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed time.

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

MyUrbanLimos is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle, but we will assist in recovery if possible.

Passenger Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all, passengers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.

  • Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.

  • Behave respectfully towards our drivers and vehicles.

  • Refrain from eating, smoking, or causing damage inside the vehicle.

In case of any intentional or accidental damage to the vehicle, cleaning or repair charges may apply.

Changes to Service

Occasionally, we may need to make changes to your ride, either due to vehicle availability, weather, or other operational needs.

  • If a change is required, we will notify you promptly.

  • We may substitute a vehicle of equal or higher value at no extra cost.

  • Pricing and terms are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

We aim to maintain high service standards while adapting to operational demands.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure safety and timeliness, but some things may be beyond our control.

  • MyUrbanLimos is not liable for delays due to accidents, weather, traffic, or road closures.

  • We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or connections due to delays outside our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride.

We recommend booking in advance and allowing extra time for airport transfers.
